These terms apply when you enquire about, enrol in, or attend a course with LanguagesTutor ("we", "us"), an online language tutoring service teaching Pashto, Arabic, Urdu, and related subjects. By contacting us to enrol or by attending a class, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

LanguagesTutor provides live, one-on-one and small-group online language tutoring. We are an independent tutoring service, not an accredited degree-granting institution — any certificate of completion we issue reflects course attendance and progress, not a formal academic qualification.

2. Enrolment & payment

Course pricing, schedule, and payment method are confirmed directly with you when you enrol, via the contact details provided on our Contact page. Prices shown on course pages are indicative and are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & refunds

If you need to reschedule a class, let your tutor know as early as possible using your usual class contact channel (WhatsApp or email). Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule.

4. Your conduct

Classes should be a respectful, focused learning environment. We reserve the right to end a working relationship, without refund for completed sessions, in cases of abusive behaviour toward a tutor or misuse of the service.

5. Course materials

Any course materials, recordings, worksheets, or curriculum we provide are for your personal learning use only. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our written permission.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Language learning results depend on many factors, including your own practice and consistency. We'll teach in good faith using our stated methods, but we can't guarantee a specific fluency level or exam result by a specific date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LanguagesTutor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in question.

8. Governing law
